The facade of the building of a residential building at the address: Oktyabrskaya str., 61 is painted according to the sketches of the winner of the competition “Formula of Art” Nadezhda Petrova.

The design competition, which was organized with the support of SIBUR’s social investment program “Formula of Good Deeds”, received more than 100 works from residents of the city. Two works were selected for placement on the facades of Tobolsk buildings. Nadezhda Petrova won in the under-18 category. Her sketch shows a bird sitting on a branch and chemical elements.
