The residential building closes the eastern corner of the estate, leaving the beveled corner part at the intersection of modern Kirov and Semakov streets. The brick one-story building was built at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries. In the mid-1910s, it housed an almshouse. Uniform front facades in the forms of the “brick style” have a simple composition, due to the uniform step of the window openings, decorated with fan lintels with arched sandricks, and the frequent rhythm of the cornice columns connected by an openwork metal parapet. Ornamental brick layouts on the pilasters, under the windows, in the cornice are close to a number of city buildings of that time. The sloped corner part of the entrance is well accentuated by a large figured attic. The front door is decorated with a beautiful metal canopy on brackets. Inside the house at the main entrance, a spacious front lobby with square columns and finishing elements in the form of plaster rods has been preserved.
